如欲提交申請，請先預備及填寫以下文件：

  • 入學申請表（下載）
  • 無背景近照乙張
  • 身分證副本
  • 報讀原因（請書寫200-300字內容，表達個人的信仰背景、靈修生活及修讀的目的與期望。）
  • 所需費用的銀行入數記錄（申請人可先行繳交報名費HK$200.00，待本院發出Debit Note後，才繳交相關學費；欲知本院銀行資料，請參閱「入學申請表」。）
