Q: I am not a HKSKH parishioner, am I eligible for enrolling on the programme?

A: While the programme emphasizes on liturgical practices and music repertories compatible to the Anglican tradition, we welcome people of various religious background to apply for our programme.

 

Q: Who is suitable for the programme?

A: If you are a parishioner of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui seeking to enhance your musical skills for serving more effectively in the music ministry, this programme is for you. It is also suitable for church musicians from other Christian denominations, as well as Western classical music enthusiasts seeking to advance their abilities.

 

Q: Can I audit for the courses?

A: Auditing students are welcome to attend selected courses. All practical courses are for active students only.

 

Q: What are the difference between an active student and an auditing student?

A: Both active students and auditing students can gain access to the lesson materials. However, only works of active students will be marked and graded. All practical courses are for active students only.

 

Q: What is the lesson fee payment policy? Do I need to pay the full fee at once?

A: The fees are charged based on the courses you enrolled in each semester, so you are not required to pay the full amount upfront. Our staff will contact students once the subject enrolment form is received. Under normal circumstances, the payment should be completed before the course begins.
